Corporate Finance

The Corporate Finance Group at BULVEST has more than 25 years of experience providing complex domestic and cross border financing solutions for privately held companies. Our team has a demonstrable track record across a broad spectrum of industries. Our expertise covers transactions involving equity  and  debt  capital  raising, project  finance, business combinations and expansions, restructurings, recapitalizations, joint-ventures, succession planning, management buyouts and strategic partnerships. We have extensive relationships with a broad array of capital sources, ranging from private equity and mezzanine firms to senior debt lenders and prominent individual investors. We can finance organic growth initiatives, including facility, operation or geographic expansion; marketing expenditures, research and development programs and prepare the company for the next stage of growth by restructuring its balance sheet or buying out existing shareholders. Our deal sizes range from $1 million to $50 million, however, in select cases we will consider smaller or larger investment opportunities.
